    Equipment needed: mat, towel/pillow, moderate-weight dumbbells

    Warmup:

  • Mini-squats (glute activation)
  • Standing incline Y’s
  • Standing knee lifts
  • Strength/Coordination:

  • Kickstand DB Deadlifts
  • Kickstand DB Row
  • Stationary side lunges
  • DB front raise in Sumo Squat
  • Stretches/Posture

  • Squat bilateral hamstring stretch
  • Standing quads stretch
