On-line TeleHealth Appointments Now Available

Book Online Here

Did you know that you can now book TeleHealth appointments online.   Click on the ‘Book Online’ icon and use your client portal information to check in.  Let us know if you need to get access to the portal and we will send you an invitation to join.

Our physiotherapists, chiropractor, kinesiologist and Pilates instructor are all available for virtual, facetime appointments.

Once the COVID lockdown is over we will be extending this to our in-clinic appointments.

Are you using your client portal?  Through the portal you will still be able to access photographs, videos and descriptions of your exercises where ever you may be.

In addition, the link will allow you to access your account information, current and past appointments and a list of your fees.  It also allows for the secure sharing of specific types of information.  It now allows you to book appointments on-line.

If you don’t have the information to enter the portal you can either click “forgot password or username” and new information will be sent to you.  Or you can contact us to request entry to the client portal by email at  physio@orthophysio.com or by phone at 416-925-4687.

FAQ’s for the Portal

Are you currently having difficulty accessing your exercise program?

If you are currently having difficulty with accessing your exercise program, please visit www.physiotec.org . Once there, click on Log in at the top right of the screen. If you cannot remember your login information, please click on “Forgot my password” to help retrieve this information.  Make sure you click “remember me” or write down your password for future access.

We also recommend you use your client portal as your exercises are uploaded there within 8 hours of your therapist sending you a link.  This allows you to have all your client related information all in one spot.  If you can’t get into your client portal, contact our reception at physio@orthophysio.com and they will send you a portal invitation.  Portal invitations are only good for 24 hours.
