Return to Sport RecoverySuffering an injury is not only painful, it can also be frustrating and time-consuming. It can make you impatient and want to return to your favourite sport as soon as possible. It is important to know when you are ready to return to sport after injury.

Our program provides therapy and guidance to help you to return to sport safely and quickly. Under the experienced care of our physiotherapists we provide hands-on therapy, modalities, exercises and a thorough analysis of the cause and prevention of your injury. Our registered kinesiologist can assist you in transitioning from therapy to full return to sport. Our registered massage therapists can be integral in relieving tissue tightness and helping to restore normal muscle balance.

Anyone who is coming off a sports injury and would like to return to previous levels of performance and reduce future injuries.
