Dr. Jenny Song completed her chiropractic education at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College, and her massage therapy training at the Royal Canadian College of Massage Therapy. She also received her neurofunctional acupuncture certification from McMaster University.
Jenny is passionate about helping her patients achieve their best. Through analysis, she identifies the cause of a problem and works with her clients to determine the best solutions to help them get back to all the activities they love doing. Her treatment process not only relieves pain, but also includes education, advocacy and self-management methods that encourage patients to take initiative of their own health.
Massage therapy has given her the appropriate skills to provide various manual techniques to alleviate pain, and chiropractic has provided her a wealth of knowledge in treating various musculoskeletal conditions catered specifically for each patient. An appointment with Jenny may include manual massage therapy techniques, spinal manipulations, modalities, neuromotor and exercise rehabilitation tools if appropriate.
Jenny is particularly interested in treating conditions such as osteoarthritis, recurrent back and neck pain, scoliosis, tennis and golfer’s elbow, carpal tunnel syndrome, frozen shoulder and rotator cuff tendinopathy.
In her spare time, Jenny enjoys running, strength training and dancing. She also loves hiking and being outdoors with her family and friends. Jenny is a coffee aficionado and is always looking for new recommendations and coffees to try.
