      Equipment needed: mat, towel/pillow, moderate-weight dumbbells

 

Warmup:

    • Hinge bridge
  • Advanced leg fallouts
  • Supine Shoulder Rolls

 

Strength/Coordination:

 

  • Heel Touches
  • Reverse Clam + Lift
  • Supine DB flys
  • Supine DB pull-overs

 

Stretches/Posture:

 

  • Side-lying quads stretch
  • Side-lying hamstring stretch
  • Sit-to-heels, side-side,/li>
