    Equipment needed: mat, towel/pillow, moderate-weight dumbbells

    Warmup:

  • Standing incline thoracic rotations
  • Kickstand hip hinge
  • Standing knee lift
  • Strength/Coordination:

  • DB front raises in sumo squat
  • Alternating Goblet side step lunge
  • Reverse Lunge
  • Bent-over row
  • Stretches/Posture:

  • Lunge hip flexor stretch with posterior pelvic tilt and overhead reach
  • Standing quads stretch
