Starting Position:

    Lying on Back

 

    Equipment needed: mat, towel/pillow, moderate-weight dumbbells

Warmup:

    • Hinge bridge
    • Supine overhead reach
    • Marching bridges

Strength/Coordination:

    • Transversus heel touches
    • DB press from single/double bridge position
    • Supine dumbbell flys
    • Supine dumbbell triceps extensions

Stretches/Posture:

  • Side-lying quads stretch
  • Side-lying thoracic rotation
  • Supine Angels
