Medical Exercise bridges the gap between injury, disease and fitness. It combines personal training with the expertise of highly-trained professionals who are experienced in working with individuals with more complex fitness requirements. Many of our client’s transition from therapy into regular fitness by working with our medical exercise team.
Medical Exercise is designed for individuals who are recovering from injury, are trying to stay fit while injured or have other conditions that interfere or limit fitness i.e. arthritis, cancer. This approach embodies the principles of Exercise is Medicine.
